We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn hats in their original packaging with tags attached. Due to hygiene standards, items must be free of makeup stains, hair products, or signs of wear.
How are the hats packaged for shipping?
Every order is shipped in a reinforced, crush-proof box specifically designed to maintain the crown shape and brim integrity of your hat during transit.
Can I reshape my hat if it gets crushed?
Most of our wool and felt hats can be reshaped using gentle steam from a kettle or garment steamer. However, we recommend consulting our 'Care & Maintenance' guide before attempting to shape straw or panama hats.
